Position Overview: The Learning and Development Manager role in Dubai, UAE is a strategic position responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and development initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and gap assessments to define organizational learning priorities.
• Design and develop effective learning programs including e‑learning courses, workshops, webinars, and training materials.
• Implement and facilitate learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals and culture.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers on learning progress and performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs using defined metrics and assessment methods.
• Manage learning and development budgets, resources, and external vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development and apply them to programs.
• Collaborate with senior management, human resources, and key stakeholders on learning strategies and outcomes.

Ideal Profile
