Position Overview: The Learning and Development Manager role in Dubai, UAE is a strategic position responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with senior leadership and human resources to build capability, strengthen performance, and align employee development with Al‑Futtaim Group's business objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and gap assessments to define organizational learning priorities.
• Design and develop effective learning programs including e‑learning courses, workshops, webinars, and training materials.
• Implement and facilitate learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals and culture.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers on learning progress and performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs using defined metrics and assessment methods.
• Manage learning and development budgets, resources, and external vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development and apply them to programs.
• Collaborate with senior management, human resources, and key stakeholders on learning strategies and outcomes.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, including experience in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful learning and development programs.
• Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
