Job summary

MILELE MOTORS FZE in Dubai is seeking a Training & Development Specialist/Executive to assess training needs and design learning solutions for the automotive business. You will lead TNA, succession planning, and develop structured training paths, deliver modules, manage LMS, and evaluate outcomes ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in training, a bachelor's degree in HR/BA, and certifications desirable.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training & development within automotive.
• CIPD/ATD or recognized L&D certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify skills gaps.
• Develop structured training paths aligned with business goals.
• Create training materials and e-learning content.
• Implement and manage LMS and learning systems.
• Deliver training sessions; coordinate with external trainers.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
• Maintain training records for compliance and audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the automotive sector.
