Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Family Book for Emiratization requirement.
• Existing Al‑Futtaim employee with at least 18 months of service.
• Strong English communication skills and confident interpersonal ability.
• Customer service experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers visiting the showroom with professionalism.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
• Deliver a smooth and personalized customer journey.
• Ensure every guest receives a warm send‑off.
• Support showroom operations by maintaining front‑desk coordination.
