You will support Sales, Service and back-office colleagues, handle customer queries, document data in the dealership systems, and help manage appointments, keys, and documents while ensuring privacy and a high standard of customer

Aufgaben

• Greet visitors and customers and determine their needs, then transfer them to the appropriate Sales or Service representative.
• Support colleagues in Sales, Service and back-office with customer contact and administrative tasks.
• Direct customer queries to the responsible contact person and ensure professional processing.
• Receive customer requests, direct to required colleagues, and offer substitutes for unbooked appointments.
• Assist in presenting dealership differentiation options to customers without appointments when offered.
• Record customer data and vehicle information in the dealership DMS or databases.
• Check capacity of Certified Service Advisors and guide customers to the right advisor, waiting area, or direct them accordingly.
• Update and create new customer and vehicle data in the internal DMS when needed.
• Ensure data privacy statements are reviewed with customers and explain necessary information.
• Coordinate documents and discuss them with customers, including vehicle keys and documents.
• Assist with filing, preliminary orders, or workshop orders for walk-ins and update vehicle/customer history details.
