Job summary

AlFuttaim in Dubai is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert diagnostic support for complex vehicle issues. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Automotive Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry.

This role includes responsibilities such as fault analysis, manufacturer liaison, and conducting technical training. The position offers a salary range of 8,000–12,000 AED per month along with opportunities for career growth in a leading automotive organization.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in vehicle diagnostics or technical support within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to workshops for diagnosing complex vehicle issues.
• Analyze faults and ensure accurate and timely resolution to improve first‑time fix rates.
• Liaise with manufacturers for escalations, technical queries, and product support.

Skills

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, braking, and ECU systems.

Proficiency in diagnostic tools, CAN bus systems, and vehicle electronics.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Effective communication and ability to train and guide technical teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
