Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in vehicle diagnostics or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems including engine, electronics, and transmission.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and fault codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to workshops for diagnosing complex vehicle issues.
• Analyze faults across engine, transmission, braking, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Support troubleshooting through remote and on-site assistance within defined service levels.
• Liaise with manufacturers for escalations, technical queries, and product support.
