Role Context

This role supports the aftersales network by delivering expert technical guidance, improving repair accuracy, and ensuring consistent service standards. It plays a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting warranty processes, and driving operational efficiency across service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to workshops for diagnosing complex vehicle issues and ensuring high first‑time fix rates.
• Analyse faults across engine, transmission, braking, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Support field teams with troubleshooting through remote and on‑site assistance.
• Liaise with manufacturers for escalations, technical queries, and product support.
• Review and validate warranty claims ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct technical training sessions for service teams and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback for product and service improvements.
• Ensure availability of technical tools, manuals, and service bulletins across locations.
• Support analysis and shipment of failed parts to OEMs for investigation.
• Coordinate software updates and ensure proper use of diagnostic equipment.
• Participate in regular technical reviews and elevate issues to management.
