Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to workshops for diagnosing complex vehicle issues across engine, transmission, and electronic systems.
• Analyze faults and ensure accurate and timely resolution to improve first‑time fix rates.
• Support field teams through remote and on‑site troubleshooting aligned with service level agreements.
• Liaise with manufacturers for escalations, technical queries, and product support.
• Review and validate warranty claims ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct technical training sessions for service teams and evaluate effectiveness.
• Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback for product and service improvement.
• Ensure availability of technical tools, service bulletins, and diagnostic resources.
• Assist in handling failed parts analysis and coordinate with OEMs.
• Support software updates and equipment usage in line with technical standards.
• Escalate key issues to management and participate in regular performance reviews.
• Promote service quality improvements, especially in EV and hybrid vehicle models.

Ideal Profile
