Job summary
Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a Technical Support Specialist for Electric Vehicles in Dubai. The role focuses on diagnosing EV and plug-in hybrid issues, providing remote and on-site support, and coordinating with vehicle manufacturers to resolve complex technical cases.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in automotive repair or dealer service operations.
- 3+ years as a Master Technician or equivalent diagnostic role.
- Qualification in automobile, mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
- Strong background with electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids.
Responsibilities
- Combine hands-on diagnostic support with technical reporting and OEM coordination.
- Visit service locations to investigate EV faults and document findings.
- Validate faults before escalation and provide remote support to technicians.
- Conduct field visits when remote support is insufficient.
- Prepare detailed Quality Case reports and coordinate with OEM.
