Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a Service Advisor to join a premium automotive service operation across multiple locations in the UAE. You will manage customer interactions, write up job cards, and coordinate with the workshop team to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 4+ years of relevant experience, and fluency in Arabic and English. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this customer-facing position.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately write up job cards with customer and vehicle details.

• Coordinate with Foreman to assess work and prepare job cards.
• Obtain customer signatures and approvals before execution.
• Evaluate warranty coverage versus customer-paid repairs.
• Secure prior repair approval from customers when required.
• Review customer service history for recurring concerns.
• Advise customers on services and vehicle performance.
• Coordinate with After Sales to resolve complaints.
• Maintain professional communication with customers throughout service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
