Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Abu Dhabi to act as the primary liaison between customers and repair technicians. The role requires strong Arabic and English communication, deep automotive knowledge, and the ability to start immediately.

You will guide customers on maintenance, prepare accurate cost estimates, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and up-selling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Arabic and English communication proficiency required.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in automotive/car care.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Strong automotive technical knowledge and diagnostic understanding.
• Proficient in using automotive management systems (DMS), invoicing tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict-resolution, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and conduct preliminary inspections.
• Advise on required, routine, and preventive maintenance from inspection reports.
• Prepare repair orders with parts and labor estimates and provide timelines.
• Pass job cards to workshop staff, track progress, and inform customers of status changes.
• Conduct final walk-throughs, explain invoices, and handle billing/collections.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle histories, and service logs.
