Job summary

ME Dubai by Meliá is seeking a Guest Experience and Customer Service professional to ensure the VIP guests receive exceptional service. You will maintain relationships with hotel departments, coordinate requirements, and support daily operations while guiding the team in upholding the brand's values and procedures.

The role requires at least two years in a similar role, fluent English, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with ME Dubai departments and VIP guests.
• Coordinate all department requirements and assist management.
• Lead the team in applying department values and procedures.
• Support daily operations and handle complaints.
• Monitor daily hotel results, occupancy and events.
