Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar host/guest relations role in luxury hospitality
• Strong customer-service focus with attention to details
• Excellent spoken and written English; another language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist VIP guests during check-in and check-out
• Escort VIP guests and manage guest orientation and concierge requests
• Document special requests and ensure follow-up with relevant departments
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities and local attractions for guest guidance
• Update guest profiles and ensure registration accuracy in Opera PMS
