Job summary

Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking a Guest Engagement Manager to lead the Front Stage Cast and ensure memorable guest journeys. You will act as the primary contact for VIPs, manage guest preferences, and collaborate with Front Office, F&B, Culinary, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in a luxury hotel (front office/guest relations), 2+ years of managerial experience, and strong OPERA PMS knowledge. Excellent English and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, ideally within Front Office or Guest Relations.
• Minimum 2 years’ managerial or supervisory experience.
• Degree qualification from a recognised hotel or business school.
• Strong knowledge of OPERA PMS.
• Excellent spoken and written business English.
• Experience working in a multicultural luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Guest Engagement team to deliver exceptional service.
• Act as a key point of contact for VIPs, special attention and long-stay guests.
• Anticipate guest preferences and ensure personalised experiences throughout the Paramount journey.
• Manage guest feedback, complaints and reviews with care, speed and professionalism.
• Ensure VIP rooms and suites are fully prepared ahead of arrival.
• Work closely with Front Office, F&B, Culinary, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Identify opportunities to promote hotel facilities, services and relevant upselling opportunities.
• Analyse guest reviews and feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive strong guest engagement while supporting Paramount DISCOVERY experiences and enrolments.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and develop a high-performing Guest Engagement Cast.
• Bring creativity and fresh ideas to enhance the lobby and overall guest experience.
