Job summary

Melia Hotels International in Dubai invites applications for Front Office Manager and Front Office Assistant Manager roles. You will develop and introduce standards at the front office, and provide strong support to the front office team to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel environment is required.
• High level of English and Arabic or Russian or Spanish.
• Friendly and sympathetic personality.
• Flexibility and motivation to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Representation of the Front Office Manager and Front Office Assistant Manager
• Development and introduction of standards at the front office area and supporting the front office team
• Check-in / -out and personal guest greeting/farewell
• Close cooperation with all departments for a unique hotel experience
• Professional presentation of our hotel through active guest contact
• Advising guests on location, facilities and services
• Ensuring quality standards

Skills

Experience in luxury hospitality

English proficiency

Multilingual: Arabic/Russian/Spanish
