Job summary

PHRS Hospitality Experts is seeking a Senior Hostess (Guest Relations Executive 1) in Dubai to lead the front-of-house guest experience. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, seat guests, and coordinate VIP arrangements to ensure an unforgettable luxury dining atmosphere.

Role requires strong English, polished presentation, and the ability to guide junior Hostesses. Completion of interviews in English is expected; relocation to Dubai is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess in luxury hospitality.
• Experience as Senior Hostess or similar guest-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of reservations, seating coordination and guest relations.
• Experience with VIP and high-profile guests is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews in English.
• Relocation to Dubai, UAE may be required.

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally to create a first-class impression.
• Manage reservations, arrivals, seating, and table allocation efficiently.
• Coordinate guest flow for a smooth dining experience.
• Recognize VIPs and returning guests for personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of reservations, availability, requests, and preferences.
• Collaborate with restaurant team to ensure seamless service.
• Handle inquiries and concerns discreetly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant concept, menu, hours, and facilities.
• Guide junior Hostesses to uphold service standards.
• Keep reception areas organized and presented to luxury standards.
• Assist with events, group bookings, and VIP arrangements when required.
• Maintain accurate guest information and reservation records.
