Requirements

• 12+ years of project delivery/construction experience.
• Strong UAE experience in luxury residential, branded residences, high-rise, mixed-use, villas, townhouses or master-planned developments.
• Experience with a leading developer, PMC, consultancy or major contractor.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field.
• PMP and Primavera experience preferred.
