Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules and execution strategies to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities for smooth project delivery.
• Review and approve project drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, cost control and resource allocation.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, UAE regulations, safety and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays and technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project reports.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee project documentation, approvals, variations and handover processes.
• Ensure successful completion of projects within approved budget, timeline and quality standards.
