Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience on luxury developments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate contractors and consultants.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction contracting company delivering a prestigious luxury high‑end development in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of the project from construction through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality and schedule while maintaining the highest standards of safety and client satisfaction. This role requires a highly capable construction professional with proven experience managing luxury residential, hospitality, mixed‑use or landmark developments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring and successful delivery of the construction project.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, resources and risk throughout all construction phases.
• Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, contract requirements and applicable regulations.
• Monitor project progress against the master programme and implement recovery plans where required.
• Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and subcontractor packages.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management and the client.
• Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and variation management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards across all project activities.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, work programmes and technical submissions.
• Resolve construction challenges, technical issues and commercial matters in collaboration with the project team.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging and project handover activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, project efficiency and operational excellence throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale luxury residential, hospitality, commercial or mixed‑use developments.
• Previous experience with leading contractors or major construction companies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, procurement, contract administration and commercial management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, authority requirements and international construction standards.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
