Job summary

A leading project management consultant in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale project. This role involves managing project design and delivery from inception through completion, overseeing consultants and contractors and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering large-scale multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6 years in the UAE working on hotel projects.

• Lead and manage the delivery of major projects ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations and financial targets.
• Develop project execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules with monitoring and reporting of progress.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants, and contractors for smooth delivery and compliance with authority requirements.
• Support procurement activities including subconsultant appointments and contract management.
• Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee design coordination, change management processes and approvals.
• Attend and contribute to client technical and coordination meetings.
• Promote a culture of quality, innovation and continuous improvement across all stages of the project.
