The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, PMP certification, and a minimum of 20 years' experience in UAE/GCC construction with strong leadership and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is required.
• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum of 20 years' experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Extensive UAE/GCC construction experience with knowledge of Dubai codes, regulations, and standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to lead the successful delivery of large-scale building projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders while driving collaboration, effective communication, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project strategies, manage project financial performance, mitigate risks, and optimize resources to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and UAE regulations, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. PMP certification is required.

• - Minimum of 20 years' experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and managing complex construction contracts.
• - Extensive experience within the UAE/GCC construction industry, with strong knowledge of Dubai's building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• - Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and project management methodologies.
• - Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage stakeholders, and lead multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver major construction projects.
• - Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills, with proficiency in project management software. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED standards is required.
