Job summary

Citizen EOR is seeking an Associate Operations Manager in Dubai to drive the 15-minute delivery promise. You will oversee dark stores and fulfillment hubs, balancing supply and demand while optimizing KPIs in a high-growth Q-Commerce environment.

Responsibilities include fleet management, tech-enabled bottleneck resolution, and compliance with UAE/GCC labor laws. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates to Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 3 years in operations logistics or warehouse management.
• Excel (Data Analysis), SQL (basic), and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Leadership to lead diverse fast-moving teams in a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Monitor and optimize KPIs including Picking Time, Delivery Time, and Order Accuracy.
• Fleet & Hub Management: Coordinate with dispatch teams to manage rider capacity and ensure dark stores are operating at peak efficiency.
• Tech Integration: Utilize real-time dashboards and internal logistics software to identify bottlenecks and deploy instant solutions.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all hub operations and rider protocols strictly adhere to local UAE/GCC labor laws and health and safety regulations.
• Resource Planning: Work with the Citizen EOR and HR Technology team to manage staffing levels and shift rotations for frontline personnel.

About the Role (Your Impact)

As an Associate Operations Manager within the Citizen EOR framework you are the engine room of the 15-minute delivery promise. Working for a high-growth Q-Commerce startup recently launched in the UAE you will oversee the daily heartbeat of dark stores and fulfillment hubs. This isnt just logistics; its high-speed orchestration. You will balance supply and demand manage fleet performance and implement tech-driven workflows to ensure we remain the fastest and most reliable service in the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Monitor and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Picking Time Delivery Time and Order Accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Engineering or Computer Science.

• Experience: 3 years in operations logistics or warehouse managementideally within Q-Commerce Food Tech or E-commerce.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Excel (Data Analysis) SQL (basic) and experience navigating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Leadership: Ability to lead diverse fast-moving teams under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Dark Store setup and launch phases.

• Multilingual Fluency: Proficiency in English is required; however candidates with professional working knowledge of Arabic Filipino Hindi Urdu or Bengali will be given strong priority to better serve our diverse regional landscape.
