Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Luxury hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant experience.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge and operational expertise.
• Experience managing costs, inventory, and outlet performance.
• A passion for coaching, developing, and inspiring teams.
• Confidence leading multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and service standards during peak periods.
• Coach, mentor and develop front-of-house teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and outlet performance to optimize profitability.
