Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, menu engineering, food cost control, and inventory management.
- Experience leading and developing multicultural teams.
- Proven success in driving promotions, new concepts, and business performance.
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
- Fluent English communication skills.
