Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage service experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in upselling and guest engagement.

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with passion, energy, and attention to detail.
• Create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality and personalized service.
• Recommend menu items and confidently upsell to enhance the guest experience.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and seamless service.
• Set up, maintain, and reset dining areas to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Represent the JA spirit through every interaction, every shift, and every guest encounter.
