Formación

• Previous experience in the same role in luxury hotels and resorts.
• Strong team management skills with results-driven focus.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyse financial reports.
• Proactive approach to handling guest requests and service recovery.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain understanding of brand values, mission, vision, and LQA standards.
• Attend department meetings, briefings, and training; communicate with superiors about schedule adherence.
• Execute tasks assigned by superiors within department scope; ensure timely completion.
• Communicate professionally with subordinates, colleagues, and other departments.
• Treat colleagues and staff fairly with a professional attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Be aware of health and safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
