Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, menu engineering, food cost control, and inventory management.
• Experience leading and developing multicultural teams.
• Proven success in driving promotions, new concepts, and business performance.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Experience within recognised restaurant concepts, luxury hotels, or destination dining venues

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• HACCP Certified
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
• WSET qualification preferred
• Leadership and Training certifications are advantageous
