Responsabilités

• Assist Relationship Managers in services and after-sales support.
• Educate business banking clients about products and online services.
• Prepare high-standard call reports and ensure accurate credit documentation per bank policies.
• Coordinate with credit-risk, legal, operations and Trade Finance teams to speed transactions.
