Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Wholesale Banking in Dubai. You will manage a Commercial Real Estate client portfolio, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with product partners to deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned portfolio with a focus on relationships
• Achieve financial targets in line with portfolio (revenues, treasury, cash management)
• Regularly interact with clients to address banking/financial needs and increase ADIB share of wallet
• Conduct joint client calls with product partners to identify cross-sell opportunities
• Work with customer service to address day-to-day client needs
• Assume responsibility for credit risk and day-to-day management of portfolio
• Prepare due diligence for credit applications and green light memos
• Structure facilities with collateral and profitability in line with policy
• Negotiate closures and ensure documentation is complete
• Monitor portfolio performance and renew facilities on time
• Record and update deals in pipeline reports weekly
• Build sector expertise and stay updated on market trends
• Record call memos and develop/update account plans for relationships
• Ensure all deals and follow-ups lead to new client acquisition
• Comply with group policies, Sharia requirements, and regulations
