Qualifications

• University degree or a recognized professional certificate.
• At least 3 years in financial analysis, financial markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning.
• Detailed knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products & services.
• Experience in sales, product development or wealth advisory to priority banking customers/retail.

Responsibilities

• Attract and deepen affluent client relationships and cross-sell banking products.
• Generate new business via marketing activities, referrals, and existing network.
• Collaborate with channels to deliver Priority Banking services across branches.
• Monitor service levels and manage customer inquiries, complaints and retention.
• Review credit applications and ensure proper documentation and risk controls.
