Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients within the UAE. You will work with RMs and the Head of Corporate Banking to coordinate sales, credit structuring, and client services.

The role requires strong relationship skills, a formal banking background, and the ability to drive multi-product banking solutions while ensuring compliance and timely credit administration. Full-time, on-site in UAE.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management/Administration.
• 3–5 years of Corporate/Corporate Banking experience as credit analyst / relationship officer in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage an assigned portfolio with existing corporate clients to retain and grow banking relationships.
• Identify, solicit and acquire new corporate clients in line with approved corporate strategies for Assets, Liabilities, Trade and Treasury Sales.
• Structure appropriate credit lines in conformity with underwriting standards and risk targets after thorough analysis for credit proposals.
• Make regular visits to clients for monitoring and business generation purposes.
• Establish good liaison with customers for day-to-day banking requirements and manage security documentation.
