Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a proactive Hotel Sales professional to manage and grow our corporate and group business. You will maintain records of sales agreements, quote tracking, and coordinate with various departments to maximize revenue.

You will conduct daily sales calls, arrange site inspections for group clients, respond quickly to inquiries, and help drive loyalty by delivering service excellence across guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in hotel sales.
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators.
• Excellent selling capability and ability to coach selling techniques.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes.
• Understand contribution margins and work with heads of departments to maximize operating results.
• Achieve sales goals and upsell targets for Food & Beverage as well as Rooms revenue.
• Ensure that all sales contracts follow the established Hotel Policies & Procedures and are based on sound commercial judgment.
• Ensure the Events team projects a warm, professional and welcome image.
• Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel for Groups clients.
• Respond quickly to client enquiries and closely follow up on all business leads with Be Inspired team for quick turnaround.
• Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Education

• Have a good understanding of contribution margins of each product results and work with respective heads of departments to maximize Operating results.
