Job summary

Sofitel in Dubai seeks an experienced Hotel Sales professional to maintain complete and supported records of all contracts and quotes, drive revenue across Food & Beverage and Rooms, and contribute to improving operating results by analyzing margins and coordinating with department heads.

You will conduct daily sales calls, arrange site inspections for groups, respond quickly to inquiries, and align with the Be Inspired team to deliver exceptional service and foster customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years experience in hotel sales.
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
• Excellent selling capability and ability to coach selling techniques to their team.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes.
• Understand contribution margins of each product and work with department heads to maximize operating results.
• Achieve sales goals and upsell targets for F&B as well as Rooms revenue and other income.
• Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips for Groups clients.

Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements contract and quotes for the hotel as per Sofitel Policies and Procedures Have a good understanding of contribution margins of each product results and work with respective heads of departments to maximize Operating results Achieve Sales goals and upsell targets for Food and Beverage as well as Rooms revenue and other income as set by Director of Sales Ensure that all sales contracts follow the established Hotel Policies amp Procedures and are based and sound commercial judgment Ensure that the Events team projects a warm professional and welcome image Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to the hotel for Groups clients Able to respond quickly to client enquiries and closely follow up on all business leads promptcommunication with the Be Inspired team for a quick turnaround Able to support the hotel s service and relationship strategy driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
