Job summary
Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager to join the Butlers’ team, delivering exceptional service in the luxury hospitality environment. You will support the Butlers Manager in daily operations, ensuring standards are met and guests receive delightful experiences.
The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in international luxury hospitality, fluent English, and a hotel management degree.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant role within international luxury hospitality.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of an additional language.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Butlers Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the department to meet service standards.
- Maintain open communication and address guest feedback by supervising team leaders and liaising with related departments.
- Lead, motivate and develop the Butler Team to maximize productivity, guest satisfaction and COS scores.
- Conduct regular quality checks on floor receptions and pantries to ensure standards are maintained.
- Oversee VIP guest arrivals and inspection of VIP Suites as needed.
- Ensure adherence to hotel and company policies, including Health & Safety and grooming standards.
