Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead all aspects of full-service operation within the restaurant, train and retain top staff, manage food and labor costs, and ensure safety and cleanliness while upholding Kerzner standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in fine dining with P&L responsibilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach a management team toward targets, while delivering outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a fine dining restaurant with direct P&L responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven capability to influence through relationships and judgment.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Drive service excellence and guest satisfaction daily
• Develop a guest database to increase returning guests
• Ensure guest feedback is collected and acted upon with improvement plans
• Lead the outlet as a manager, coaching the team towards targets and KPIs
• Oversee recruitment and liaise with HR to select candidates
• Ensure the restaurant order of service and brand standards are maintained
• Represent Atlantis Dubai as a brand ambassador and drive long-term development
• Build professional relationships and collaborate with other outlets and teams
