Ling Ling Dubai, part of Hakkasan Group, is seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to oversee the restaurant in Dubai. Working closely with the General Manager, you will drive guest experiences, operational performance, and team culture in line with Hakkasan standards.

This hands-on leader thrives in luxury, high-volume environments and will collaborate across kitchen, bar, and management to deliver elevated dining experiences and sustainable business results.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.
• Strong operational and commercial acumen in high-volume service.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Lead and develop management and restaurant teams to maintain high standards.
• Maintain floor presence to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee labour, costs, revenue, and performance against targets.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and other teams for seamless service.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Contribute to marketing, events, and brand activations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and policies.
