This hands-on leader thrives in luxury, high-volume environments and will collaborate across kitchen, bar, and management to deliver elevated dining experiences and sustainable business results.

We are looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join Ling Ling Dubai, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan, Yauatcha, and Ling Ling brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and people-focused hospital leader to play a key role in the operation of a globally recognised luxury dining destination. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help drive exceptional guest experiences, strong operational performance, and a high-performing team culture in line with Hakkasan Group standards.

This role is suited to a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives within fast-paced, high-volume, luxury hospitality environments and has a passion for delivering elevated dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring consistently high standards across guest experience, service, and operational delivery
• Champion exceptional hospitality standards, ensuring every guest interaction feels personalised, seamless, and memorable
• Lead, inspire, coach, and develop the management and restaurant teams, creating a positive and high -performing culture
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading service and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations
• Support commercial performance through effective labour management, cost control, revenue optimisation, and delivery against key operational targets
• Maintain exceptional standards across service, atmosphere, cleanliness, maintenance, and operational execution
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and wider management teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing development across the restaurant team
• Partner with the General Manager and wider teams on marketing initiatives, brand activations, events, and business development opportunities
• Ensure full compliance across health & safety, licensing, labour regulations, and company policies
• Build and maintain a culture aligned with the Hakkasan Group principles

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an Assistant General Manager position within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
• Strong operational and commercial acumen, with experience within high-volume restaurants and complex service operations
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large and diverse teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering elevated guest experiences
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Naturally hands on, solutions focused, and highly organised
• Experience within luxury lifestyle, fine dining, or internationally recognised hospitality brands is highly desirable
• Previous experience within the Dubai or UAE hospitality market would be advantageous
