Hakkasan Dubai, part of the Hakkasan Group, seeks an exceptional General Manager to lead a globally recognised luxury dining destination. You will oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a high-performing team culture in line with Hakkasan Group standards.

This hands-on leader will thrive in a premium, high-volume environment and be passionate about delivering world-class dining experiences.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years' experience in luxury or fine-dining restaurant management.
• At least 3 years as GM or AGM in a high-volume branded venue.
• Experience in UAE or GCC market within a five-star hotel or integrated resort.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the full restaurant operation, with accountability for guest experience, financial performance, team culture, and operational excellence.
• Champion luxury hospitality standards, delivering personalised experiences for all guests, including VIP and high-profile clientele.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high performing, multicultural team across front of house, kitchen, bar, and lounge operations.
• Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, labour management, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
• Maintain exceptional standards across service, atmosphere, cleanliness, maintenance, and operational execution.
• Uphold Hakkasan's internationally recognised brand standards while adapting to the local market and guest expectations.
• Partner with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, brand activations, events, and business development opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with local health & safety, licensing, labour regulations, and company policies.
• Build a positive, high-performing culture focused on employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
