Job summary

Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Kitchen Steward to manage scheduling for kitchen attendants and ensure hygienic conditions across outlets. You will assist the Chief Steward with inventory and requisitions, maintaining crockery and cutlery inventories, and help post weekly stewarding schedules to meet business needs.

The role aligns with Farah’s Values, enforcing UAE health, safety and environmental policies, and contributing to a safe, clean kitchen environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years in same role or 4 years as Steward/kitchen helper in a Five Star Hotel or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
• Good English, written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Schedule kitchen attendants and monitor hygienic conditions.
• Assist Chief Steward with inventory and requisitions.
• Maintain inventory of crockeries and cutleries for all kitchens.
• Prepare and post weekly stewarding schedules reflecting business needs.
• Support implementation of the F&B Culinary Philosophy and Farah’s Values.
