Job summary

ReapHR in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a hardworking Kitchen Steward/Cleaner with hotel or restaurant experience to maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene throughout the kitchen.

You will be responsible for dishwashing, cleaning equipment and utensils, waste handling, and keeping back-of-house areas spotless during service. The role requires speed, attention to safety and teamwork in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hotel stewarding is preferred.
• Knowledge of dishwashing and kitchen cleaning procedures.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit for stewarding duties.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment according to instructions.
• Maintain dishwashing areas in an organised condition.
• Handle and dispose of waste correctly.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Support cleaning activities before, during and after service.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning
