Job summary

Leading Architectural Practice in Dubai seeks a Commercials Manager/Bid Manager/Proposals Manager to lead the bid lifecycle from expression of interest to submission. You will work with architectural design teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase both creative and commercial strength.

The role requires proven experience in bids/proposals within architecture or design, strong contract understanding, and excellent communication to coordinate design, legal, finance and technical inputs

Qualifications

Experience in managing bids, proposals, or commercial operations within architectural, engineering, or multidisciplinary design environments.
Strong understanding of contract structures, fee negotiations, and competitive bidding strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication with a talent for persuasive storytelling.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Bid Management: Lead the full-cycle management of PQQs, RFPs, and tender submissions for architectural projects.
Commercial Strategy: Review tender documents, manage pricing strategies, and ensure commercial terms align with business goals and risk guidelines.
Content Creation & Storytelling: Write, edit, and curate engaging narrative content, case studies, and project methodologies.
Process & Governance: Establish and maintain bid processes, document libraries, and templates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate inputs from design, legal, finance, and technical teams.
