Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design team to develop design solutions for architecture.
• Plan project and subordinate designer workflows.
• Prepare tender and construction documentation with the project team.
• Manage cost control for architecture turnkey and consulting projects; assume overall profit & loss responsibility.
• Coordinate BIM team to prepare construction documentation for architectural, interior and M&E work.
• Support marketing, business development and representation of the company.
