Tanqeeb is seeking a Commercials Manager / Bid Manager / Proposals Manager for a leading architectural practice. This role drives the bid lifecycle from expression of interest to submission, working with design teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase both creativity and commercial strength.

Qualifications

Experience managing bids, proposals, or commercial operations in architectural/design environments.
Strong understanding of contract structures, fee negotiations and competitive bidding strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail and storytelling.
Ability to juggle multiple high-stakes deadlines with composure and collaboration.
Team player with a friendly, stable studio mindset.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Bid Management: lead full-cycle bids (PQQs, RFPs, tender submissions).
Commercial Strategy: review tender documents, pricing strategies, and risk-aligned terms.
Content Creation & Storytelling: write/edit engaging narratives, case studies, and methodologies.
Process & Governance: establish efficient bid processes, templates, and document libraries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate inputs from design, legal, finance, and technical teams.
