Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Bid Manager for our Dubai head office. This full-time, office-based role will identify opportunities, coordinate bid preparation and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.

The successful candidate will gather client requirements, work with technical teams to develop winning strategies, structure proposals and manage bid timelines. Key duties include maintaining bid documentation, ensuring tender compliance, and driving continuous improvement of bid processes,

Qualifications

• Clear, compelling bid submissions and documentation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Engineering, construction or consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements to inform bid strategy.
• Coordinate bid preparation with technical and project teams to develop winning submissions.
• Structure proposals and manage bid timelines and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with external tender requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, templates and tools.
• Provide regular reporting on bid status, success rates and lessons learned.
