Kempinski Hotels SA is seeking a Room Service Order Taker who speaks Arabic to deliver courteous and efficient service to guests in the Dubai outlet. You will take orders by phone, post them correctly in the POS system, and collaborate with wait staff and kitchen to ensure a seamless dining experience.

The role requires strong English communication, professionalism, and the ability to upsell hotel offerings while maintaining Kempinski standards of service and grooming at all times.

Qualifications

• Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Experience in an F&B service role is required.
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrates teamwork and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders via telephone and ensure accurate posting in POS for kitchen/service communication.
• Provide courteous, professional service and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain proper uniform, grooming, and personal presentation at all times.
• Coordinate with Waiter/Waitress and Minibar Attendant to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and outlet.
