Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Waiter/Waitress & Minibar Attendant.
• Take orders via telephone and post them to POS accurately.
• Provide courteous, professional service at all times.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and uniform standards.
• Upsell items and explain menus to guests.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
• Handle guest inquiries and report feedback to supervisors.
