Job summary

Skatch is seeking an Arabic-speaking HR Assistant to join our Abu Dhabi real estate team. The role focuses on Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment, while supporting general HR operations and onboarding.

You will source candidates, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding documentation in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with MS Office proficiency. UAE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in HR, recruitment or HR administration preferred.
• Strong interest in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and follow-ups.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals.
• Review CVs and shortlist based on requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and records.
• Prepare recruitment documents and reports.
• Assist with offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding.
• Coordinate with new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment and employee records.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support as required.
