• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations including document control and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Proactively identify and engage with new potential clients to grow the business.
• Draft, review and manage client contracts and ensure all agreements are documented and executed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the point of contact for HR and recruitment service discussions.
• Prepare reports, assist with planning, and support management with HR and client-related projects.
