As a trusted advisor, you will manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate service catalog delivery, and advocate for customers during incidents, ensuring proactive support and value realization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS, or technology service delivery.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong presentation and communication skills at executive level.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the orchestration of Signature Success deliverables, ensuring renewal and expansion.
• Maintain relationships with IT and business executives, sponsors, and decision-makers.
• Provide proactive Salesforce guidance and adoption of new features across accounts.
• Act as advisor for adoption of Salesforce releases and manage risks to implementations.
• Support after-hours coverage when required and collaborate across sales, engineering, and product teams.
