Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Arabic language proficiency and English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and processes.
• Handle complaints and requests with timely resolutions.
• Record and update customer data in the CRM.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and expectations met.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve complex issues.
• Process orders, service bookings, returns, or related transactions.
• Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain professional, courteous, customer-focused approach.
• Meet customer service KPIs for response time, resolution, and satisfaction.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
• Prepare customer service reports and maintain records.
